Snickerdoodle Almonds Recipe

Ingredients: – 1/3 cup granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 large egg white – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 pound raw whole almond

Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 275°F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg white and vanilla extract until foamy.

1. Add the almonds to the egg-white mixture and stir to coat. 2. Transfer the almonds to the sugar mixture and stir until well coated.

Spread the coated almonds evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes. Stir the almonds, then reduce the oven temperature to 200°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the almonds are dry and golden. Let the almonds cool to room temperature before serving or storing.
